Ace Pro Operations Technician
ACE Pro Services is looking for an organized and detailed Operations Technician to join the team and help run the day-to-day operations. Our Operations Technician will work to create the schedule of work each week and ensure each technician understands where they’re going and what they’re doing. We’re looking for an energetic team member who is proactive and able to maintain processes to help the company run smoothly.
Job Duties:

Manage day-to-day operations for on-site jobs for technicians

Handle scheduling and customer contact
-
Order and follow up on ordering necessary hardware for scheduled jobs

Develop and maintain processes for installation technicians to stay organized and prepared

Join or lead customer consultations and take notes and photos
-
Assist in the field as a secondary technician

Communicate scheduling, delays, updates, and questions to customers
-
Communicate with operations team and management about status and completion of jobs

Run weekly operations meeting

Maintain strong organizational practices
Qualifications:
-
1-2 years in operations role
-
2-3 years in AV industry preferred
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Strong computer skills - familiarity with G-Suite

Strong interpersonal skills
